For most people reading through the Old Testament is a difficult challenge. Especially when it comes to the book of Leviticus, which is largely devoted to ceremonial laws and regulations, the text can seem at first pretty dry and irrelevant to the greater picture of God’s plan of salvation. It is at these times we must try to dig deeper, and when we do, some truly profound things are revealed.
