@1 hour 43 minutes you do state the sun rises and sets in a straight line, I used to believe that. This year for the first time of my 67 year of life I observed what it truly does. The way the house I live in here in Alberta Canada is constructed as to where the back of the house faces east. I saw the sun rise on may 11 (I have the pic) off to the left approx 60 degrees and as it rose ir started heading to the right(SW). Around noon it was south of the house(almost right above). Then it started heading NW till it set at approx 130 degrees.(again I have a pic) It “arched” ….weather it is in the firmament I do not know. It does not take weeks or days to see what I observed. Just need to observe the rising and setting to see. Watch the western setting tonight and observe the morning rising.(you can also see where the sun is at noon)

If you are on the Equator you will see a completely straight line for stars, with deviations to clockwise or counterclockwise north or south as you look. The sun oscillates through the seasons and when it is summer or winter the pattern is extreme, same with the moon but the moon does it in 29.5 days. However if you face east when it rises, you will see that it travels in a straight line to the zenith, then it travels in a straight line on a diagonal towards the horizon westward if you face that direction. So it seems to almost form a "V" or zigzag. It does not move circularly, but does something much more mysterious.
I do thank you for your reply, I did watch your cosmology series;……your words that you spoke said “straight line,straight across” zig zag is a different statement. I am not trying to be difficult……nor trying to argue. I am not trying to prove someone’s website on “flat earth” even though I do believe as yourself on some kind of flat earth. What does the firmament look like we do not know. A simplistic observation would be to look at a rainbow…..
I do agree with you on lunar calendar….as it was in the beginning but I also believe it has changed. Since the year 2000 we have had 3 years with 13 moons(2006,’23 and ‘25 another coming in 2028 and 2031. More coming after 2031.
It is funny how they can predict years with 13 full moons, solar eclipse’s and even the paths…..
You draw a zig zag with straight lines. Look east and video it when it rises to noon and you'll see the line is straight, not curved. It goes straight to the zenith. If you're north or south of the equator it will be on an angle but it's still straight. The mystery is that it also goes back on an angle when it sets, as if it's forming a triangle of some kind. The moon knows the same thing. The Stars however are very visible because there's so many of them and across the equator they are completely straight whereas North and South have clockwise and counterclockwise curves. So it's something to do with the firmament. On the equator the sun moves completely straight which is why they have those buildings in India that were built to show the Sun going through the different chakra points on the equator during the equinox or whatever. That tells you the sun moves straight across and it cannot be a circular plane.
I am only searching for the truth……what I have l learned if anything after all these years is “trust but verify”. Your discernment and understanding on history is beyond anything I have been taught. Even though I myself was looking back at history and was aware of how the Bible that we have today was put together how it was at best a cursory understanding. How you are able to cross reference history to scripture is beyond my abilities in my humble opinion. But I guess I will disagree on a “zig zag” for it does not go straight. And the moon follows a set pattern…I observed for a year how the moon was interacting with the Sun, how you can sometimes see the outline of the moon on certain days as it is waxing or waning. As if it was a jar/lantern. Yet during a solar eclipse we are told that it is the moon that comes in front of the sun. Again, face East and watch it rise or face West and watch it set. Video it. I have video footage. My sun doesn't do anything different than your sun. It goes on a straight line.
