The preacher at the beginning said the Pope (antichrist) has been doing his thing over the last 2100 years. He's obviously mistaken because that even takes us back almost a century before the birth of Christ. Does this glaring mathematical mistake cast doubt on the rest of his message?
He likely meant a different number but misspoke. It doesn't cast doubt because the evidence is overwhelming and Conrad is an Adventist so they are pretty dogmatic about the 1260 periods and 2300 period etc. Maybe he was referring to the 2300 period in some way. I didn't watch the full presentation.
